Double dip in home values
Nice little information there. However, home prices were still down in December, with prices declining by 5.46 percent from November. And the alarming fact is, this was the fifth straight month of declines. If this decline in home prices are sustained for few more months then there is a possibility of double dip in home values. Few months ago while I was looking or an apartment near Toronto with the intention of purchasing, but after analyzing the market trend I decided to halt my investment and started looking for apartments for rent in Toronto.
